It was so exciting to be back in NYC for fashion week! You can check out all my recaps from Fall/Winter 2018 NYFW here!
Thursday started out with pampering at VB Studios…the best way to start out the day! There is nothing better than getting your hair shampooed by someone else. It’s one of my favorite things! Osher gave me a killer blow out and is so sweet! He doing hair at the Oscars but can’t say who it’s for until after— I can’t wait to find out!
After the blowout it was off to Valley Nails in Chelsea. We were greeted by the sweetest pup and super friendly staff. I ended up getting my nails done twice because the first time the white shellac changed colors. Apparently makeup, new jeans, or anything really pigmented can turn light shellac colors more dingy. Pro tip: as soon as you see a stain or something on your nails immediately wipe off with alcohol! They were so sweet to re-do them for me— I loved both designs so much!
After being pampered all morning we headed over to our first show of the season, Jiri Kalfar. He is a trained ballet dancer turned designer and his pieces are so elaborate and fun!

Right after that show finished they moved us out to get ready for the next show, Hogan McLaughlin. Check out those sleeves!

Last event of the night was the Celestino Couture presentation at South Street Seaport. I loved that next to every piece on display they showed the original sketch. This pink dress was hands down my favorite of the collection.
